Negotiation and Digitalization of the customer relationship Diploma 

The holder of this diploma is a general salesperson who implements a sales and marketing strategy in order to establish a close relationship with the customer. He manages multiple touch points as part of an omnichannel strategy.  He/she has a strong digital culture. He/she accompanies the customer throughout the commercial process and intervenes before, during and after the purchase. In direct contact with the customer, the holder of the BTS NDRC is a vector of internal and external communication. He/she also intervenes in the value chain of his/her clients to promote their development.  

The professional certification of the training BTS – negotiation and digitalization of the Customer Relationship is registered in the RNCP by: MINISTRY OF HIGHER EDUCATION, RESEARCH AND INNOVATION and recognized by the state at level 5. Fiche RNCP n°34030, registered on 01-09-2019, Code NFS 312. The diploma is accessible by VAE.  

Admission Requirements: 

This program is open to applications from students who hold diplomas from the first cycle of studies.  The admission of students is subject to the examination of the candidate’s file by the selection jury of the training.  Any student wishing to apply for this program must send his or her application file to the following e-mail address: admission@espic.com

Exam requirements:

Internship: mandatory 

Internship period: according to the alternation rhythm defined in the academic year calendar 

Examinations: written and oral tests (Maison des examens) 

Duration of internship: 16 weeks
