The Project Management Officer participates in the implementation of a budgetary strategy and a quality approach defined by the management.    

His/her analysis of the internal and external environment enables him/her to create decision-making tools for his/her entity to ensure its development.   

He/she masters the management procedures and operational management tools enabling him/her to carry out reporting in order to ensure the steering of the organization’s performance.   

Depending on the size of the organization, he/she ensures all or part of the economic management control of his/her department.   

He/she decides on changes, pilots project, guarantees the necessary resources and manages his/her team.  

The professional certification of the head of management training is registered with the RNCP by: FORMATIVES and recognized by the state at level 6. Fiche RNCP n° 34734 registered on 30-06-2020, code NFS 310. The diploma is accessible by VAE.

Admission Requirements: 

This program is open to applications from students who hold diplomas from the first cycle of studies.  The admission of students is subject to the examination of the candidate’s file by the selection jury of the training.  Any student wishing to apply for this program must send his or her application file to the following e-mail address: admission@espic.com
